All our menus include a range of healthy options and the chefs will create bespoke menus from fresh, high-quality produce.
We serve all conference food and drink in a separate catering area. Depending on your number of delegates, this will normally be in the Max Rayne Atrium, Cavendish Room, Max Rayne Foyer, or ENT Room.

We will create a bespoke package to reflect the individual style and nature of your occasion, and this will be matched with our first class service, so all your guests will be well looked after throughout your event.
Our exhibition spaces will be booked for your exclusive use, each can be used as a stand-alone space, or to enhance and add to a conference. The rooms offer a blank canvas that can be set up in a variety of styles – from trade exhibitions, posters, private views, product launches, photographic or painting displays, networking drinks, buffets or formal dining. We can also light them using wireless LED lights, which you can match to your brand or theme colours.
All of our exhibition rooms can be set up with a variety of audiovisual equipment, including staging, LCD screens and a PA system.
