How do we achieve this for you? We promise…
- Commission invoices will be paid to the agent after the final event invoice has been settled and only on the following commissionable items (exclusive of VAT):
- All room hire charges
- All food and beverage charges
- Packages & day delegate rates (DDR)
- To pay a standard of 10% net of the above commissionable items (exclusive of VAT), and to pay your event commission in its entirety within 30 days from receipt of your invoice
- To respond to your enquiry within 4 hours if received before 2:00pm, otherwise by 10:00am the following day
- To resolve any issues within 24 working hours
- If required, your account manager will provide you with a detailed price breakdown for your event, and highlight any opportunities for savings
- Our prices to you will never be marked up to cover the commission element
- To never contact your client without prior consent from yourself
- It is in the interest of the agent to assist in the collection of payment for the final invoice so that the commission invoice can be processed for payment
