  • You can choose from 16 different event spaces over 3 floors, with room capacities ranging from 10 to 300 people. So you’ll have plenty of flexibility for your event, and plenty of space to accommodate your guests.

  • You’ll have all the newest, shiniest technology you need for a successful event. 1 Wimpole Street is fitted with the very best audio visual facilities – so we’ve got the most up-to-date lighting, digital screens, and technical gear around. And don’t worry if you’re not technically-minded, we’ve also got a clever in-house AV team to take care of it all for you.

  • You’ll get your guests’ mouths watering with a range of food and drink options, from tasty breakfasts to 3-course dinners. And because it’s all fresh, healthy, and responsibly sourced, it’s high-quality and highly delicious.

  • You can book our conference rooms even for non-medical events. Though we’re often used for Royal Society of Medicine events, we take virtually all types of bookings. So you can hire us for everything from business meetings, to canapé receptions, to private exhibitions.

Our central London location makes us ideal for business meetings. Our meeting rooms hold 10 to 60 people and are fully flexible. We’ll give you full AV support, plus we can organise in-room catering if you need it.

I’m organising an event

There’s nothing we like more than a party, so private event bookings are always welcome. We can cater for up to 300 people for any occasion: from lectures or exhibitions, to drinks receptions and seated dinners.

We organised a 3 day conference for 350 delegates plus 30 exhibition stands at the RSM, 1 Wimpole Street. We were extremely pleased with everything. The event was deemed a great success by our client, sponsors, delegates and ourselves. The meeting room facilities are fantastic with various rooms to accommodate different capacities which worked well for us.

The in-house AV equipment that is offered in the package is great and the team who worked with us on producing slides etc. were very professional. Our very attentive event planner, was most accommodating with our needs and special requirements, but the whole team on site during our event were friendly and attentive throughout the conference.

Our client has reconfirmed for 2018 and we would not hesitate in recommending the RSM, 1 Wimpole Street to any of our clients in the future.

The inaugural International AEM was held at the elegant and spacious home of the Royal Society of Medicine.

The feedback from all participants (our forty-strong international and national faculty of world experts, >300 delegates, sponsors and exhibitors) has been unanimously excellent, ensuring that we shall now be holding the International AEM on an annual basis.

If you’ve got a type of event in mind, the chances are we can host it. Our range of conference space includes high-tech lecture theatres, flexible meeting rooms, exhibition space and training rooms.

Do you offer in-house catering?
You can arrange catering and refreshments no matter how big or small your event is. We’ll give you a range of menu options to choose from, and can provide vegetarian and specialist dietary options if you need them.

How will your AV facilities improve my event?
We know great audio visual facilities make for a great event, so we’re constantly investing in the latest technology. Our cutting-edge AV setup includes 4x HD projection, live streaming, optional event recording…and a clever on-site AV team who’ll explain it all to you.
