Prioritising partnerships with independent suppliers and utilising seasonal produce in menu planning to promote local economies and reduce carbon footprints associated with transportation.

Energy Efficiency and Resource Conservation

Utilising a computerised Building Management System (BMS) to optimise energy consumption, employing fresh air for climate control under specific conditions, using low-energy lighting, and managing water usage through encouraging our hotel guests to reuse their towels and linen.
