Included in the DDR are refreshments on arrival for delegates (and organisers), 2 refreshment breaks with fairtrade tea and coffee, and a 2-course hot or cold fork buffet.

Your dedicated AV technician, from our in-house AV team, will be on hand throughout the day to ensure that your presentations run without a hitch. Included in our day delegate rate is standard AV hire, including use of the auditiria projectors, lecterns with laptop connectivity, as well as additional audio support for speakers and the audience.

We’re also able to provide additional technical services to help you acheieve your event’s objectives, such as audience voting handsets to increase audience engagement, and streaming options to increase your event numbers.
