We are delighted to welcome some new faces to the 1 Wimpole Street events team. We have four new additions in the office who are all contributing to help deliver first class events and event management. They bring with them a wide range of experience and skills that they have developed both in study and their previous roles.

Agne Osipovaite: Business Development Manager
Agne has over six years’ experience in the hotel and venue industry. Agne has been promoted from Events Account Administrator to Business Development Manager, as a result from gaining a vast amount of knowledge and experiencing over the last year. Before joining us here, Agne worked for London Capital Club and GLH Hotels working on sales strategy, building relationships with existing and new agents, marketing promotions and budget. Besides her love for planning events, Agne enjoys yoga, cooking for her friends and her biggest dream is to get courtside seats at the Lakers Game.

Victoria Haydon: Events Office Administrator
Vicky joined us in August after graduating French Studies at the University of London Institute in Paris. Vicky really enjoyed helping to run events in the past, and previously organised an event for a charity for NCS. Whilst at university, Vicky helped organise society events and so was keen to learn more. Whilst working here, Vicky has gained a deeper understanding of the events organisation process on a large scale and how many different teams are involved. Also managed to transfer customer service skills which she learnt in previous jobs in retail and hospitality into an office environment. Whilst at 1 Wimpole Street, Vicky has learnt the importance of time management and communicating amongst many different teams at once. Vicky is extremely positive and really enjoying the job.

Chiara Mecca: Venue Sales and Events Coordinator
Chiara has previous experience in events, exhibitions, hotels and travel industries whilst she was travelling around Europe, and studying a degree in Tourism Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. Chiara is interested in understanding people with different backgrounds which leads Chiara to wanting to provide the best client experience and try to see what they need. Besides Chiara’s passion; events, sports and music play an important part in her spare time.

Aleksandra Lotocka: Venue Sales and Events Planner
Alex has worked in the events industry for about four years now starting at the 5 Star Hotel then moving to One Great George Street. Alex is very excited about her new position at 1 Wimpole Street, and hoping to learn more about sales and running events. In her spare time, Alex enjoys tennis, snowboarding and walking her dog.
