We are delighted to present our brand new catering menus that will be available from April 2017.
We have kept the same popular format for the seasonal hot fork buffets that go along side our Day Delegate Rates and Buffet Packages. Also back by popular demand are our delicious seated dinner menu packages, the canape and bowl food menus.
Exciting new features to the menu include
- Some fabulous healthy snack and breakfast options as we are all being a little more careful about what we eat these days. Plus these items will ensure your delegates and guests are kept alert and engaged during your event
- Everyone loves to share so we’ve added some really yummy sharing platters to our working lunch menu selection and to our reception menus
- Our working lunch menu has had a very attractive revamp and is now a Deli sandwich menu that comprises of 4 parts, the sandwiches, the salads, the nutritious finger food and last but not least the desserts
- There is now a choice of bento boxes, again all really healthy and nutritious including seafood, vegan and gluten free options
We continue to ensure we are sourcing all our ingredients from specialist suppliers and wherever possible use the freshest and most locally sourced produce. Even our tea and coffee comes from importers who are committed to the welfare of the growers.
