We are delighted to present our 2016 catering menu that will be available from the 1st February.
We kicked off last year with the new addition of a seasonal hot-fork buffet menu that was updated every four months. These new menus have been a huge success and so we have continued to offer these, ensuring your delegates have a greater choice throughout the year.
As we are an independent venue, we are able to source our ingredients from specialist suppliers and wherever possible use the freshest and most locally sourced produce:
- Our fish suppliers are dedicated to promoting sustainability and minimising food miles
- Our butchers can trace every link in their supply chain back to the farm
- Our cheese comes from artisan makers in the UK
- Our fruit and vegetables are predominately from British growers
Everything down to our tea and coffee, supplied by importers committed to the welfare of the growers, has provenance in mind.
