Case Study – BODY Conference

The BODY conference evolved out of the huge success and popularity of FACE – the UK’s largest scientific conference on facial aesthetics, as well as a growing trend in the market for body contouring.

Since their first conference held in 2009, BODY has grown to be the UK’s largest congress devoted to body aesthetics and has found its home at 1 Wimpole Street.

Replicating the proven formula of FACE, BODY brings together 50 national and international speakers, from a range of specialties. The prime location of 1 Wimpole St, in London’s prestigious medical quarter, as well as the excellent transport links makes it a convenient location for delegates whether they are travelling from in or outside of London.

BODY is approved for 20 CPD points and combines both leading and up-and-coming speakers who explore the latest clinical knowledge and explore new market trends.

Over the course of 2 days our in-house AV team were kept busy, with 55 lectures and panel discussions, as well as 10 exhibitor workshops, held within our 3 lecture
theatres and Seminar Suite. The highlight of the agenda was a live link-up to a London clinic, whereby delegates could watch a live surgical procedure within the Max Rayne Lecture Theatre.

As well as providing a broad speaker programme, 24 exhibitors from the body contouring and skincare markets were held within the Max Rayne Atrium and Cavendish Room.
