Our in-house audio visual facilities
The in-house AV facilities we offer are varied, and reflect the size and purpose of the room you’re using.
If you need to deliver a dazzling presentation, our 3 largest conference rooms are fitted with built-in, high spec visual equipment. For example – an Ultra High Definition 4K projector that displays imagery so bright and crisp, you’ll feel like you’ve just put glasses on for the first time.
For when productivity is key, our smaller meeting rooms offer several innovative solutions. These include one-click presentation sharing and high-quality conference calling, so you can quickly and efficiently share thoughts and make decisions.
And when you want to make an event uniquely yours, our exhibition spaces can be lit using wireless LED lighting that you can match with absolutely any colour in the spectrum. Did we hear someone say branding opportunity?

Our 3 conference auditoriums can link to live video and audio feeds, so you can collate multiple presentations and audiences across rooms. We also offer two-way video conferencing facilities in all meeting rooms, and can host up to 21 satellite meetings on our video conference system. As a result, you can open your event up to an even bigger audience.

We can easily and cost-effectively live-stream from any of our conference auditoriums, so you can broadcast your event to a global audience. We also have in-built HD video cameras so we can record your event for your audience to watch on-demand, and extend the life of your event for longer.

We can help you collect audience insights and improve participation with our award-winning mobile audience response units and events apps.
